STT E003:
Nile Cruises - Cairo | Luxor | Aswan |Cairo (7days)
Day 1: Cairo.
Morning arrival in Cairo, be met by our representative
and assisted at Cairo airport, then be transferred to
check into your hotel. Afternoon tour of the pyramids and
the Sphinx. Thereafter return to the Hotel for Dinner and
overnight at Ramses Hilton, Sheraton Heliopolis, Cairo
Marriot or Hyatt Regency.
Day 2: Cairo|
Luxor. Breakfast, then transfer to Cairo
airport to connect domestic flight to Luxor to board the
Nile Cruise. Flight time is 1 hour 15 minutes. Upon
arrival at Luxor, you will be met by our representative
and transferred for Cruise check-in before lunch.
Afternoon visit to the temple of Karnak and the temple of
Luxor. Overnight in Luxor.
Day 3: Luxor
| Esna| Edfu. Morning cross to the West Bank.
Visit the Necropolis of Thebes, Valley of the Kings, the
temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. In
the afternoon, sail to Esna. Cross the lock then sail to
Edfu. Overnight in Edfu.
Day 4: Edfu| Kom
Ombo|Aswan. Morning visit to the temple of Horus in
Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo. Afternoon visit to the temple
shared by the two ancient gods Sobek and Haroeris. Sail
to Aswan and overnight there.
Day 5: Aswan.
Spend the day exploring Aswan, visit the High Dam and
the temple of Philae. View of the Elephantine Island by
felucca (sailing boat) and visit the Agha Khan Mausoleum.
Overnight in Aswan.
Day 6:
Aswan|Cairo. Disembark from the cruise after
breakfast, be met and transferred to Aswan airport for
flight back to Cairo, where you will be transferred to
check in at your hotel. Afternoon tour of the Egyptian
Museum. Dinner at the floating restaurant, then overnight
at at Ramses Hilton, Sheraton Heliopolis, Cairo Marriot
or Hyatt Regency.
Day 7: Check
out from the hotel after breakfast, morning tour of the
Citadel-Mohammed Aly mosque, the Coptic area and Bazaar.
Later, transfer to the airport at leisure for departure.
